These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 68plusph platform and all services provided under the 68plusph brand. Please read them carefully before registering an account or using any 68plusph service. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

68plusph reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending review.
To access the full range of services offered by 68plusph, Players are required to create a registered Account. The following conditions govern the registration and maintenance of Accounts on the Platform:
Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the 68plusph Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 68plusph employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 68plusph reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any outstanding balances, and void any pending bonuses or winnings.
All information provided during account registration must be accurate, current, and complete. This includes but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, registered mobile number (Globe or Smart), and email address. Players are obligated to update their account information promptly in the event of any change. 68plusph is not liable for losses arising from incorrect or outdated account details provided by a Player.
As part of our obligations under PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, 68plusph may require Players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures. Documents that may be requested include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's License), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful completion of KYC verification.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with their 68plusph Account.
All deposits to a 68plusph Account are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 68plusph does not charge processing fees on deposits, though third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges. All deposits are final once processed and credited to a Player's Account.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 68plusph Account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 1–4 business hours. Withdrawal timelines are estimates and may vary based on third-party payment provider processing times.
Prior to any withdrawal, 68plusph reserves the right to request KYC documentation, source-of-funds verification, or additional security verification. Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, the applicable wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before the associated funds or winnings become withdrawable. Withdrawal of deposited funds (excluding bonus-derived winnings) is not restricted by wagering requirements unless a bonus is active on the Account.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. No content from the 68plusph Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of 68plusph.
Third-party game content available through the Platform is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to those providers' own terms and licensing agreements. 68plusph makes no representations regarding the ownership of such third-party content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 68plusph's total cumulative liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
68plusph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or any claim based on reliance on information provided on the Platform.
68plusph makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we take reasonable technical measures to maintain platform availability and security, temporary outages, maintenance windows, and technical issues may occur.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 68plusph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
Either the Player or 68plusph may terminate a Player's Account under the following conditions:
A Player may request closure of their 68plusph Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon confirmed voluntary closure, any eligible real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's nominated payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing.
68plusph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; provision of false or fraudulent registration information; suspected money laundering or other criminal activity; abuse of bonuses or promotions; technical issues requiring investigation; or as required by PAGCOR or any competent regulatory authority. Where an Account is closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms, 68plusph reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the 68plusph Platform, shall first be submitted to 68plusph's customer support team for resolution. 68plusph commits to reviewing and responding to formal disputes in writing within 10 business days of receipt.
If a dispute is not resolved through the internal customer support process, Players may refer the matter to PAGCOR in its capacity as the regulatory authority overseeing 68plusph's operations, in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures.
Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines. Players agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in any such court.
68plusph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 68plusph will provide reasonable notice to Players via email notification, a platform notification upon next login, or a prominent notice on the 68plusph website, at our discretion.
Continued use of the 68plusph Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If a Player does not agree with any amendment, they should cease using the Platform and request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
